Ramsgate Street Tower, London 2004

in cooperation with Waugh Thistleton, architects

A site that is predestined for a high-rise, due to its location. Sensitively and sustainably inserted, it enters into a dialogue with the lower surroundings. The tiled facade and slim form with its wind turbines on the "spine" of the building make it into a landmark in the Hackey district.

Details

Office and residential high-rise, 14 floors with 66 apartments and 1000 m² of office space
